CHAIRMAN Mega Capital Financial Services Ltd Sam is an astute banker with extensive banking and capital market experience gained over 28 years in the industry. He served in the Banking Supervision department of the Central Bank of Nigeria followed by various stints in Merchant and Commercial Banks as well as other Multinational Financial Institutions. He was a Director at Citizens Bank prior to the merger which led to the creation of Spring Bank. He played an active role on the team that led the exercise resulting in his appointment to the inaugural board of the newly formed entity as an Executive Director (Operations). He has also advised on several Corporate Finance transactions including the divestment of various bank subsidiaries following the CBN directive which expired in 2012. In addition, he has led advisory teams in various business combination transactions in the past five years. Sam serves on the Board of many companies spanning a number of sectors. He is a sitting Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and serves as the Treasurer of the Association of Stockbroking Houses of Nigeria. He is also a member of the Board of the Investment Protection Fund at the Nigerian Stock Exchange and a member of the Institute of Directors. Sam is the founder and pioneer CEO of Mega Equities Ltd (Members of the Nigerian Stock Exchange) which he has successfully piloted since its inception in 2002 and Mega Capital Asset Management And Trust Ltd.

Taiwo is a brilliant Trust manager and professional with broad base competence across the financial industry including Treasury Management, Portfolio Management, Business development/marketing, Product development and strategy for breaking into new market with focus on professional service delivery and customer retention management. He started his working career with Union Trustees Limited in 1998 until 2012 when he moved to Radix Trustees Limited as Managing Director/Chief Executive. In 2014, he moved to UTL Trust Management Services Limited as Regional Head, Business Development in 2014 and later Head Business Development in 2019. He took up responsibility as Managing Director at Mega Capital Assets & Trust in 2020. He has over 10 years working experience in the financial sector with goal getter attitude. Registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Sponsored Individual, a member of SEC Capital market Committee and a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
JOHN-BEDE ANTHONIO

John – Bede Anthonio, a social serial entrepreneur, who has been involved in several companies in Nigeria and now looking globally. A graduate of Architecture from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, a professionally trained architect, A member of MNIA with years of experience in construction and real estate and large scale development. He has been involved in start-up companies such as Projectscope Ltd, Omatek Computers Plc, Multiverse Mining and Exploration Plc, John Bede Associates, Carterbridge Property Development Company Ltd. He has eight years of experience working with the Lagos State Government during the tenure of Governor Tinubu. He was the former Chief Executive LSDPC, Lagos State Property Development Corporation, 1999 – 2004. 2004-2007 He was the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Special Projects. Principally involved in School Rehabilitation across the state.
AVM MONDAY RIKU MORGAN

Non – Executive Director
AVM Morgan is a senior officer, with many years of combat experience. He was amongst the team of NAF pilots that ferried fighter airplanes from Germany to Nigeria in 1990 in preparation for the Ecomog air operations. As a daring fighter pilot, Air Vice Marshal Morgan has participated in several operations in Nigeria and outside the shores of this country. Apart from his military training the Senior officer has attended other none flying courses like a diploma in Aviation management obtained from the UK , Officer selection process course also in the United Kingdom (UK) and the Peacekeeping Management course in Tershie Ghana. He was also a part of a NAF team to the Malaysian air show in 2010. He obtained an Msc in leadership and strategic studies from the prestigious university of Ibadan. as his Chief of Defense Intelligence of the Armed Forces of the federal Republic of Nigeria.
Mr. SHUAIBU IDRIS

Shuaibu Idris is a graduate of Accounting (Second Class Upper) from Bayero University Kano, Nigeria. He also holds an M.A. degree in Banking and Finance from University of Wales, Bangor, U.K. He is a member of many professional institutions such as Fellow, Institute of Credit Administrators (FICA), Member, Institute of Directors, Nigeria (M.IoD), Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Management (U.K), Associate Member, Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), Associate Member Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM), Associate Member, Cost Management Institute (Nigeria) (ACMI), to mention but a few. He was appointed to the position of Deputy Managing Director of Dangote Flour Mills Plc in Nov. 2009. Prior to his appointment as Deputy Managing Director of DFM Plc, Shuaibu Idris has held the positions of Executive Director in charge of Sales and Marketing (flour) and Ag. Managing Director/CEO, DFM Plc. He was at one time Group General Manager (Admin/HR, Corporate Affairs, Properties & Environment), Group Treasurer and Special Assistant to the Group Vice President. Before joining the Dangote Group, he was the Group Head (Public Sector) of Liberty Bank Plc, Managing Consultant/CEO Time-Line Consult Limited, Deputy General Manager Lakeside Investments Limited and Head Capital Markets and Advisory Division of Continental Merchant Bank Nigeria Plc. Shuaibu Idris has attended numerous courses both within and outside Nigeria including Lagos Business School (AMP), Harvard Business School (AMP), Galilee College, Israel (SME), Loughbourough University (Islamic Banking Programme), U.K., DC Gardener, U.K, Manchester Business School (Senior Bankers Course), U.K. and Amembal and Isom, U.K. (Leasing Course), to mention but a few. He serves on the Board of a number of companies such as Capital Trust and Investments Limited, Temple and Aegeandas Limited and ValueFrontiera Limited. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of some NGO such as C.O.PE – a Breast Cancer NGO, Gabasawa Women and Children Foundation and TESI – a Youth Development Foundation.
